1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please act promptly. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may have already been processed for shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

3. Cancellation Confirmation
Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it and send you an email confirmation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the item.
5. Non-Cancelable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. These items are typically those that are custom-made or personalized. If your order includes non-cancelable items, you will be informed during the checkout process.
6. Fees and Charges
No cancellation fees will be charged for orders canceled within the first 24 hours. After this period, if the order is already processed or shipped, any associated shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of custom or personalized products, please note that these items are non-refundable after production has begun.
7. Partial Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only part of your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the cancellation affects the total value of the order, we will adjust the payment accordingly, including recalculating any shipping charges based on the updated total.
8. Payment Processing and Refunds
If your order is successfully canceled and payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for canceled orders will be made in the same currency as the original payment.
